# Supa AI: Create Checklists and Training in Seconds

> Use Supa's built-in AI to generate checklists from text prompts, build training courses from SOPs, and translate content into 15 languages.

Supa AI is built directly into the platform — there's no separate subscription, no third-party integration to configure, and no prompt engineering required. You describe what you need in plain language and Supa produces a complete, editable result. This page covers each AI capability and how to use it.

## Generating a checklist with AI

    Log in to the Supa web dashboard and navigate to **Checklists**.

    Click **New Checklist**.

  <Step title="Generate with AI">
    Click **Generate with AI** and describe the checklist in plain language. Be as specific or general as you like — Supa handles both.

    Supa generates a full checklist with question types, ordering, and suggested scoring. Edit any question, reorder items, or delete anything that doesn't apply to your operation.

## Building a training course from a document

## Translating content
