Supa’s training module lets you convert existing SOPs, PDFs, or written procedures into structured mobile courses your team completes on their phone. This page explains how to build courses, add knowledge checks, track progress, and deploy training to multilingual frontline teams.

Key capabilities

Paste text or upload a document and Supa AI structures it into a full course with modules, lesson content, and quiz questions. What used to take days of instructional design now takes minutes.
Each lesson can include text, images, and video. Mix formats to keep learners engaged and match the complexity of the material.

Creating a course

Open the Training module

Log in to the Supa web dashboard and go to Training in the left sidebar.

Start a new course

Click New Course and give it a name and description.

Generate content with AI or build manually

Click Generate with AI and paste your SOP text or upload a PDF. Supa AI produces structured modules and lesson content. Alternatively, build each module manually using the course editor.

Add quizzes and knowledge checks

At the end of each module, add a quiz. Set question types (multiple choice, true/false) and define the minimum passing score.

Assign to team members or set auto-enrollment

Select specific workers, entire locations, or configure auto-enrollment rules based on role or start date.

Track completion

Monitor who has started, completed, and passed each course from the Training dashboard. Send reminders to incomplete learners with one click.

Translating a course

Open the course

Navigate to the course you want to translate in the Training module.

Click Translate

Select Translate from the course settings menu.

Select target languages

Choose from 15 supported languages including Vietnamese, English, Spanish, Chinese, and more.

Publish

Supa AI translates all content. Workers automatically see the course in their preferred language with no additional steps.
AI-generated course content is always editable. Review each module before publishing to confirm accuracy, especially for safety-critical or compliance-sensitive material.
